Many pioneers in the tech space consider hologram tech the “final frontier” of immersive reality. Think about it... with a hologram, there are no glasses, no controllers, no headset, no screens... there’s nothing between the user and the experience. This promises the highest level of immersion and elminates all barriers between the digital and physical.
USC’s graduate students partnered with the American Heart Association to innovate for at-home elderly healthcare. Our team designed “UrInform”— a device that collects health data from your pee.
My undergrad capstone product; a speculative device that provides users with a holographic interior decorating experience, while also addressing a core need in a world beyond fast furniture.
“Future Fashion”—taught by the prolific musician and fashion designer Keanan Duffty— examined the future of Vogue now that Anna Wintour has stepped down as Editor-in-Chief. Keanan was working with Vogue at the time of her departure, and asked students to come up with a potential strategy of what the September Issue would be if we ourselves were Editor-In-Chief, using themes of sustainability.
